We also consider key planning constraints and provide high level construction cost guidance, giving you a clearer picture of what is possible before committing to a full architectural service.

This is where ideas become architecture. We develop the design through concept design, town planning and the approvals process, testing layouts, form, materials, light and the relationship between old and new. From heritage renovations to contemporary extensions and new homes, we balance ambition with the realities of your site, budget and brief.
03. INTERIOR DESIGN
Make the home unmistakably yours.
We design kitchens, bathrooms, custom joinery, lighting, materials, fixtures and finishes as part of the broader architectural story. Interior design can form part of a complete Story service, or we can collaborate with specialist interior designers where the project calls for it.
04. DOCUMENTATION & CONSTRUCTION
A good idea is only as successful as its execution.
We prepare detailed construction and tender documentation, coordinate consultants and guide the project through the building permit process.
During tender and construction we remain closely involved, answering questions, resolving details and working with the builder to protect the ideas that made the project special in the first place.
